The Services are offered from Curaçao, are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and are not part of the UK GAMSTOP self-exclusion scheme.

Account Registration
Observe, expand and reflect: this section sets out who may open an account, how accounts are created and verified, and your core obligations for using and safeguarding your Account.
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Age requirement: You may only open and use an Account if you are at least 18 years old, or older where a higher minimum age applies in your jurisdiction. The Operator may request proof of age at any time and suspend or close your Account if satisfactory evidence is not provided.
- Legal capacity: You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or entity, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- Local law compliance: The Services are offered from Curaçao and are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. If you access the Website from the UK or any other country, you are solely responsible for ensuring that doing so is lawful under your local laws and for complying with any tax, reporting or other obligations.
- Restricted jurisdictions: You must not open or use an Account from any Restricted Jurisdiction, including the United States or any country listed as restricted in the cashier or help pages. The Operator may close Accounts and void bets if it reasonably believes you are resident in, or accessing from, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
Account Creation Process
- Registration details: To open an Account you must complete the online registration form on taigergaming.com, providing accurate and complete information including your name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and any other details requested.
- Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link or entering a verification code sent to your email before enabling full use of the Account.
- Single account policy: You may hold only one active real-money Account with the Operator. Multiple accounts, use of aliases or impersonation of others is prohibited and may lead to closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings derived from such breaches.
Know Your Customer (KYC) and AML Checks
- Identification documents: To comply with anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), fraud-prevention and age-verification obligations, the Operator may at any time request valid identification documents (such as passport, national ID, or driving licence), proof of address and proof of ownership of your Payment Methods.
- Verification timing: The Operator may restrict deposits, limit betting, freeze withdrawals or temporarily suspend your Account until verification has been satisfactorily completed. This may occur when cumulative deposits, withdrawal requests or other risk indicators reach thresholds set by the Operator.
- Data accuracy and updates: You must keep all Account information accurate and up to date. The Operator may periodically request confirmation or updated documents, especially if you change your address, Payment Methods or typical betting patterns.
User Obligations and Account Security
- Login credentials: You must keep your username, password and any multifactor authentication details strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. Any actions taken using your login credentials will be treated as actions by you.
- Unauthorized access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and contact support at [email protected] or via live chat. The Operator may temporarily suspend the Account while investigating.
- Use for lawful purposes only: Your Account must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse or funding on behalf of others. The Operator will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where appropriate.
- Responsible gambling: The Services are intended for entertainment only. You should never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose and should make use of any available responsible gambling tools (such as limits or self-exclusion) described on the Website. As an offshore operator, the Website is not part of GAMSTOP or other UK-wide self-exclusion schemes.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Observe, expand and reflect: this section explains how bets are placed and settled, how game and network rules apply (including the Chico Poker Network), and what conduct is required when using casino, live casino, poker and chat features.
General Betting Rules
- Offer and acceptance: A Bet is deemed offered by you when it is submitted from your device and accepted when it is recorded as "accepted", "confirmed", or similar within the Operator's systems. If a discrepancy arises between your screen and the Operator's records, the latter will prevail, subject to error and malfunction rules.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or table has specific minimum and maximum stakes as displayed in the game interface or cashier. You are responsible for checking these limits before placing a Bet; attempts to place Bets outside these limits may be rejected.
- Currency and exchange: Bets are placed in the Account currency selected or made available to you. If you deposit or withdraw in a different currency or via cryptocurrency, external exchange rates, fees and market volatility may affect the final amount you receive or lose.
Casino and Live Casino Rules
- Game rules and RNG: Each casino game or live casino product is governed by its own rules and paytables accessible from within the game. Random-number-generator (RNG) games rely on RNG software intended to provide fair and random outcomes. Details about RNG testing and certification can be requested by contacting [email protected].
- Game interruptions: In case of a technical interruption during a game round, the Operator will endeavour to restore the game to its last known state. If this is not reasonably possible, the affected Bet may be voided and the original stake returned, subject to the rules of the relevant game provider.
- Live casino delays: Minor streaming delays may occur due to network conditions. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by your equipment or internet connection. Where the live dealer's records and your display differ, the dealer's records usually prevail.
Poker and Network Rules
- Chico Poker Network: Poker games are offered on the Chico Poker Network, which shares liquidity with other non-US skins. Network-wide rules, rake structures, tournament rules and seat allocation policies published in the poker client form part of these Terms.
- Prohibited conduct: Collusion, soft-playing, chip-dumping, use of real-time assistance tools, bots, seating scripts or any unfair advantage tools is strictly prohibited. The Operator and network may use automated and manual methods to detect such behaviour and may confiscate funds, cancel winnings and close Accounts where violations are reasonably established.
- US and other restricted players: Real-money poker play is not permitted for residents of, or persons located in, the United States or other Restricted Jurisdictions. If you are found to be playing from a Restricted Jurisdiction, your participation may be cancelled and winnings voided.
Chat and Player Conduct
- Respectful communication: When using live chat, in-game chat, poker chat or any other communication channels, you must not post content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, sexist, hateful, obscene, or otherwise offensive.
- No promotion or solicitation: You must not advertise other websites, solicit transfers, offer to sell or buy Accounts, or promote third-party services or illegal activities through the chat or any other communication features.
- Enforcement measures: The Operator may mute, restrict or block chat access, remove offensive content, and suspend or close Accounts where it reasonably believes that these rules have been breached.
Errors, Malfunctions and Cancellations
- Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at odds, limits, prices or conditions that are clearly incorrect or resulted from an obvious error or system failure, the Operator may declare such Bet void, settle it at the correct conditions, or otherwise adjust the outcome in a fair and reasonable manner.
- Malfunctions: Malfunction of games, software or hardware (including RNG malfunctions) generally voids all affected Bets and game rounds, subject to the rules of the specific game provider. In such cases, stakes may be refunded but no winnings are payable.
- Player-requested cancellations: Once a Bet has been accepted and the relevant game round has started, you cannot usually cancel or modify it. Any limited "cashout" or similar features are provided at the Operator's discretion and subject to availability.
Bonus Terms
Observe, expand and reflect: this section supplements promotion-specific terms to explain how Bonuses are credited, what wagering is required, and what restrictions apply to protect both the Player and the Operator.
Eligibility and Bonus Credit
- Offer-specific terms: Each Bonus or promotion is governed by specific terms published on the Website or in the cashier. In case of conflict, those specific terms prevail over this section.
- One person, one household: Bonuses are typically limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, or payment details, unless expressly stated otherwise. Using multiple Accounts to abuse Bonuses is prohibited and may result in Bonus and winnings forfeiture.
- Activation: Some Bonuses require a bonus code or a minimum qualifying deposit. Others may be credited automatically. You are responsible for checking and following the instructions for each promotion.
Wagering Requirements and Use of Funds
- Wagering before withdrawal: Bonus funds, and any winnings generated from Bonus funds or free spins, are usually subject to Wagering Requirements. Until such requirements are met, your ability to withdraw Bonus funds and related winnings may be restricted.
- Game contribution: Different games may contribute differently towards Wagering Requirements. For example, some slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live games or low-risk bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The specific contribution rates are shown in each promotion.
- Time limits: Bonuses and Wagering Requirements must normally be completed within a specified period (for example, a set number of days from the time the Bonus is credited). Expired Bonuses, and winnings derived from them, may be removed from your Account.
Prohibited Bonus Practices
- Irregular play: The Operator may treat the following, among others, as abusive or irregular play: placing very low-risk bets to clear wagering, hedging bets, placing large bets after a series of small bets solely to exploit Bonus mechanics, or colluding with others to drain Bonus value.
- Multiple promotions: Unless explicitly permitted, you may not combine Bonuses or use overlapping promotions to meet each other's Wagering Requirements. Where multiple Bonuses are active, the Operator may apply wagering in a fixed order or require completion of one Bonus before another becomes active.
- Abuse consequences: If the Operator reasonably believes that you have abused a Bonus or engaged in irregular play, it may cancel active Bonuses, remove Bonus-related winnings, and, in serious cases, suspend or close your Account.
Bonus Adjustments and Discretion
- Right to modify: The Operator may modify, suspend or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at its discretion, provided that such changes do not affect Bonuses that have already been accepted by you under previously published terms, except where required for legal or regulatory reasons.
- Errors in Bonus credits: If a Bonus is credited in error, the Operator may remove or adjust the Bonus and related winnings, and will endeavour to notify you. Where you have already used the erroneously credited funds, the Operator may adjust your balance to correct the error.
Payments & Withdrawals
Observe, expand and reflect: this section explains how deposits and withdrawals work, which methods may be used (including cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and cryptocurrencies), and under what circumstances funds may be delayed, refunded or withheld.
Deposits
- Accepted methods: The Operator accepts various Payment Methods, which may include bank cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, vouchers and supported cryptocurrencies, as displayed in the cashier section of taigergaming.com. Availability varies by country and may change over time.
- Ownership of funds: You may only deposit using Payment Methods registered in your own name. The Operator may request proof of ownership and may void Bets, confiscate funds or close the Account if it reasonably suspects deposits have been made by or on behalf of third parties.
- Fees and charges: The Operator may charge reasonable processing fees for certain deposit methods, which will be shown in the cashier where applicable. Your bank, card issuer, e-wallet provider or crypto network may also apply independent fees, exchange rates or charges.
- Chargebacks: You must not request chargebacks or payment reversals without a valid legal basis. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to Account suspension, recovery of amounts owed, and reporting to payment providers and relevant authorities.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal methods: Wherever reasonably possible, withdrawals will be processed back to the same Payment Method used for deposits. If this is not feasible, the Operator may offer alternative methods in line with its AML and security policies.
- Verification before payout: The Operator may require completion of KYC checks and confirmation of Payment Method ownership before processing withdrawals. Until verification is completed, withdrawals may be delayed or temporarily withheld.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt times depend on internal checks, third-party payment processors, banks, card schemes, e-wallet providers and blockchain network conditions, and may therefore vary and are not guaranteed.
- Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, day, week or month, and may differ by Payment Method and player status. Relevant limits are shown in the cashier or communicated by support.
Account Balances and Order of Funds
- Segregation of balances: Your Account balance may consist of (i) real-money funds (cash balance), (ii) Bonus funds, and (iii) winnings derived from Bonuses. Unless stated otherwise in a promotion, real-money funds are used before Bonus funds when placing Bets.
- Withdrawing real-money funds: Subject to KYC, AML and security checks, and provided no Bonus terms are breached, you may usually withdraw your real-money balance and any winnings not linked to active Bonuses, even if Wagering Requirements for an active Bonus have not yet been fully met (although doing so may result in Bonus cancellation).
- Negative balances: If, due to an error or chargeback, your Account shows a negative balance, you will be required to settle the amount owed. The Operator may offset such amounts against future deposits or winnings where lawful.
Refunds, Voids and Crypto-Specific Risks
- Refund of Bets: Where Bets are voided due to errors, malfunctions or cancellation of events, stakes may be refunded to your Account in accordance with the relevant Game Rules. In such cases you are generally not entitled to any winnings that would have resulted from the voided Bet.
- Refund policy: Deposits are not intended to be used as a payment transfer service. Refunds of unused deposits are granted at the Operator's discretion, subject to AML and security review, and may be processed only back to the original Payment Method where possible.
- Cryptocurrency risks: If the Operator accepts cryptocurrency, you acknowledge that crypto values are volatile and subject to network fees, confirmations, and potential blockchain delays or forks. The Operator will credit your Account based on the value received at the time of confirmation but is not responsible for market movements or external blockchain issues.
Limitation of Liability
Observe, expand and reflect: this section sets out the Operator's responsibilities for providing fair and accurate Services, the exclusions and limitations that apply, and the maximum compensation normally available, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you.
Operator's Obligations
- Service provision: The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, using industry-standard security and technical measures appropriate for an offshore online gambling platform licensed in Curaçao.
- Fairness of games: The Operator aims to offer games whose RNGs and game engines are tested by independent third parties. Information about testing and certification, where available, may be requested from [email protected].
- Accuracy of information: The Operator takes reasonable steps to ensure that information about odds, rules and promotions published on the Website is accurate. However, typographical errors, obvious mistakes and temporary inaccuracies may occur and are subject to correction.
Exclusions and Limitations
- No warranty of uninterrupted access: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". The Operator does not warrant that the Website, poker network (including Chico Poker Network), or any games will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses, nor that defects will always be corrected immediately.
- Indirect and consequential loss: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profits, income, data, goodwill or opportunity) arising from your use of the Services.
- Technical failures: The Operator is not responsible for losses arising from failures of your equipment, internet connection, power supply, or from Force Majeure Events. In the event of game malfunctions or system errors attributable to the Operator or its providers, affected Bets may be voided and stakes returned as described in the Game Rules.
- Maximum liability: Subject to mandatory law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount of the stake, wager or Bet you placed in connection with the event giving rise to the claim, or your available real-money balance at the relevant time, whichever is lower.
- Consumer rights preserved: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer in the UK or in your country of residence, to the extent those rights apply to an offshore operator.
Intellectual Property Rights
Observe, expand and reflect: this section explains how the content, software and branding used for Tiger Gaming on taigergaming.com are protected, and what you may and may not do with them.
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, code and underlying databases, are owned by the Operator, its group companies, licensors or content providers, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
- Limited licence: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services via the Tiger Gaming pages solely for your own private, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited uses: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on any part of the Website or Services, except where expressly permitted by applicable law or with the Operator's prior written consent.
- Trademarks: The Tiger Gaming name, logos, and related marks shown on taigergaming.com are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Operator or its licensors. You acquire no rights in such marks and may not use them without prior written authorization.
- Third-party content: Software, games and content provided by third-party suppliers (for example, casino game studios or the Chico Poker Network) are used under licence. Your use of such content is strictly limited to the purposes described in these Terms.
Privacy & Data Protection
Observe, expand and reflect: this section provides a high-level overview of how your personal data is handled and directs you to the dedicated Privacy Policy for full details.
- Privacy Policy: All collection, use, storage and sharing of your personal data in connection with Tiger Gaming and the Services on taigergaming.com are governed by the Operator's Privacy Policy, available at https://taigergaming.com/privacy-policy.
- Applicable laws: The Operator processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, which may include, where relevant, the UK GDPR and other regional data protection rules, taking into account that the Operator is established in Curaçao.
- Purposes of processing: Personal data is used, among other things, to open and manage Accounts, provide the Services, conduct KYC and AML checks, prevent fraud, personalise content, and comply with legal obligations. Further information, including your data-subject rights and contact details for privacy queries, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
Observe, expand and reflect: this section outlines how and when the Operator may update these Terms, how you will be informed, and what options you have if you disagree with any changes.
- Right to amend: The Operator may modify these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, technical developments, product offerings or business practices, particularly in relation to offshore provision of services to UK users.
- Notice of changes: Material changes will normally be notified by an appropriate method, which may include a notice on the Website, a pop-up at login, an on-site banner, and/or an email sent to the address registered to your Account. The updated Terms will show a new "last updated" date.
- Effective date and acceptance: Unless otherwise indicated, changes take effect from the date specified in the notice. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
- If you disagree: If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the Services, close your Account in accordance with the instructions on the Website, and, if applicable, request withdrawal of any eligible real-money balance in line with these Terms.
Termination & Suspension
Observe, expand and reflect: this section describes when and how your Account or access to Tiger Gaming on taigergaming.com may be suspended or closed, and what may happen to your funds in such situations.
Termination by You
- Closing your Account: You may close your Account at any time by following the instructions on the Website or by contacting support at [email protected]. The Operator may ask you to withdraw any eligible real-money balance before closure is finalised.
- Self-exclusion: Where available, you may request self-exclusion or other responsible-gambling restrictions via the Website or support. These tools operate only on taigergaming.com and are not linked to GAMSTOP or other third-party schemes.
Suspension and Termination by the Operator
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold or void Bets and/or withhold funds where it reasonably suspects or establishes that:
- you are underage or have provided false personal information;
- you are located in, or a resident of, a Restricted Jurisdiction (including the United States);
- you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, chargeback abuse, or other prohibited conduct;
- you have breached these Terms, Game Rules, or network rules (including Chico Poker Network rules); or
- this is required by law, regulatory guidance, or a competent authority.
- Investigations: During any investigation, the Operator may freeze your Account, restrict access to certain products, and withhold withdrawals until the investigation is concluded.
Treatment of Funds on Closure
- Legitimate balances: If your Account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud, AML, or a serious breach of these Terms, and after completion of any required checks, the Operator will pay out your remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonuses and Bonus-derived winnings) using a suitable Payment Method.
- Funds in case of breach: If the Operator reasonably concludes that you have breached these Terms in a serious way, particularly with respect to fraud, AML or bonus abuse, some or all of your funds (including winnings) may be forfeited, where permitted by law and subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
- Dormant accounts: Accounts that remain inactive for a prolonged period may be treated in accordance with the Website's dormant-account rules, which may include periodic fees or eventual closure after reasonable attempts to contact you.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Observe, expand and reflect: this section clarifies which law governs these Terms, how disputes should initially be raised, and which courts or bodies may ultimately have jurisdiction, bearing in mind that the Operator is based in Curaçao and not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission.
- Governing law: These Terms, and your relationship with the Operator in relation to the Tiger Gaming pages and Services on taigergaming.com, are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
- Internal complaint procedure: If you have a complaint, you should first contact customer support at [email protected] or via live chat, providing full details of the issue. The Operator will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the Operator's response, you may request that the matter be escalated to a manager. As an offshore operator licensed in Curaçao, independent alternative dispute resolution options and formal complaint mechanisms may be more limited than those available under UK Gambling Commission regulation.
- Courts and jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction, you agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services may be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
- Regulatory note for UK users: Because the Operator does not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence, UK-specific dispute resolution schemes and statutory protections (including UKGC-regulated ADR bodies and GAMSTOP) do not apply to your use of the Services. You should consider this carefully before choosing to play.
